Flavour of Tyrone Good Food Circle.   Tyrone is noted for its high number of excellent restaurants and the Circle aims for all its members to have a reputation for quality of food, service and hospitality along with a greater usage of local produce.  By its commitment to maintain these high standards Corick House Hotel has attained these standards and has been awarded membership of this exclusive club.

We Care Gate to Plate Award is organised by The Ulster Farmers’ Union in association with Friends of the Earth, and has implemented the award in response to an overwhelming requirement from the public to experience more restaurants providing local produce.   Seven regional winners – one per county + Belfast have been selected and Carleton Restaurant at Corick House Hotel has won the award for County Tyrone.   This is to recognise our exemplary commitment to using locally sourced produce, along with imaginative menus, excellence of service and hospitality.

Blackwater Grill Bar

Our Blackwater Bar with elegant soft furnishings is the ideal place to relax and savour the delights of the odd drink or two, with a full compliment of popular brands to refresh and inspire you.  Our Lunch menu is served daily from 12.30pm until 3.00pm, perfect for that informal lunch with colleagues, friends or family.  The atmosphere is always warm and inviting; recreating the ambience of times past.  Our lounge areas offer cosy and private corners to enjoy your morning paper or coffee next to warm fires.

For that special Birthday Party, Christening or perhaps a meal with your local Woman’s Institute, Corick House Hotel can offer you set Menu’s for all occasions.  Should you have a yearly budget or a price in mind for your event, Corick House Hotel will endeavor to find a menu in keeping with your pocket!  Please contact us directly and ask for Banqueting, where we would be happy to discuss your requirements in detail.  Coach and Tour groups are welcome, pre –booking is essential.
