How to Spa
Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to treatments. Upon arrival, all guests will be required to complete a temperature check. Guests with a temperature of over 38 will be denied entry to the Spa. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment.
Spa Attire & Etiquette
As this facility is for both genders, please ensure that swimwear is worn at all times if using the Serenity Suite. We respectfully request that underwear is worn for all other treatments. Guests staying at the hotel must change into their robe and slippers in their guest room as changing facilities will only be provided for day guests. Day guests will be provided a robe and slippers on arrival. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off before entering The Spa. For treatments, it is essential that all guests wear a face mask. There will be no shower facilities available at the spa.
If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, allergies or any other medical complications we advise that you consult your doctor before booking spa treatments. If you have a medical condition and would like to know what treatments you can avail of, please ask our spa therapists who will be happy to assist you. We ask that any customers experiencing flu-like symptoms or sickness to please postpone their visit to a later date. We would also ask that any customers that may have visited countries affected by Covid-19 or have been in contact with a confirmed case, please postpone their visit.
Guests can pay by credit / debit card and cash. All card terminals will be sanitised regularly. Alternatively guests can pre-pay by telephone prior to arrival or departure.
It is with great pleasure that we can finally announce that the Thermal Area in the Spa at Corick House will be re-opening on Friday 7th August. The Thermal Area consists of a Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Steam room and Heated Thermal Lounger. The Thermal Areas in the Spa will need to be pre-booked in advance of your stay, at an additional charge of £10 Per Person for an hours use. Full Priced Spa Treatments will receive 60 minutes Complimentary Access to the Thermal Suite. The Thermal Area will be restricted to a maximum of 8 guests at any one time, in line with government guidance.
The gym and thermal area will now be open from Friday 7th August 2020 with new procedures and measures in place to ensure the safety of all our customers and to control the virus. All gym memberships were frozen from the 20th March 2020 and active membership will resume on 20th August 2020.
On arrival to the reception all members must now sign in on the sign in form provided. Please ask a member of our staff if you are unsure of your new membership expiry date. Use of the gym will not have to be pre-booked. We would kindly ask all members using the gym to arrive in their appropriate gym clothing as changing and showering facilities for gym users will be limited. Please bring your own towel for use in the gym and all equipment/machines must be sanitised before and after use.
Members wishing to use the thermal suite will now have to book an allocated time slot. Any member not on our booking system unfortunately will not be granted access to our thermal suite. Please contact the spa reception to book an allocated time. Allocations will be 60 minutes use of the thermal suite, including hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and heated lounger. Members that have booked a time slot to use the thermal suite will have access to our changing facilities and be provided with a robe, towel and slippers.
The gym and thermal area will be open Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm, Saturday- Sunday 9am – 7pm
Flexible Booking Policy
Cancellations are free outside of 72 hours prior to 12noon on the day of arrival. Bookings cancelled with 72 hours of arrival or non arrivals will be charged the entire booking.
