Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free outside of 72 hours prior to 12noon on the day of arrival. Bookings cancelled with 72 hours of arrival or non arrivals will be charged for the first night accommodation charge of the entire booking. Group Bookings of more than 4 rooms are required to give 3 weeks cancellation notice. Housekeeping & Lost Property
Our dedicated Housekeeping team will build upon the already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene. Each of our guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly before our guests arrival, and the team are more than happy to clean your room on request.
Corick House Hotel & Spa will hold a guest’s lost property for a maximum period of 28 days, after which it is disposed of. Corick House Hotel & Spa do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Corick House Hotel & Spa do not store any small garments, perishable items or liquids, and these will be disposed of by a manager on duty. Any items left in or next to a waste bin are considered as rejected, and therefore disposed of.
Public Areas
A thorough and extensive cleaning and sanitising program is in place for all guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas in preparation for your arrival. Hand sanitiser stations will be in place throughout all public areas. There will be additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces. Hand sanitisers will be visible and plentiful throughout the hotel. We promote regular hand-washing by displaying signage in customer and employee toilets and common areas encouraging good handwashing practice with soap and water.
Check In / Out
Our friendly professional Reception Team remains on hand to assist with any queries. Guests can pay by credit / debit card or cash. Alternatively guests can pre-pay by telephone prior to arrival. We can offer an email receipt for your stay upon request.
Check-in time is from 3.00pm, Check out is by 11.00am on the morning of departure. Early check-in and late-checkout are both available for £15.00 per hour.
Dining Experiences
Advanced booking is advised for all dining experiences. Please go to our ‘Dine’ section of our website to reserve a table.
Breakfast
Our Full Irish Breakfast & Continental breakfast is served in the Carleton Restaurant from 7.00am until 10.00am. Continental Breakfast is available before 7am on request, please inform a member of the reception team on arrival if you would like to avail of an early breakfast.
Thermal Area
The Thermal Areas in the Spa will need to be pre-booked in advance of your stay, at an additional charge of £10 Per Person for an hours use. Full Priced Spa Treatments will receive 60 minutes Complimentary Access to the Thermal Suite. All areas of the Spa are strictly 16+.
Gym
On arrival to the reception all members must now sign in on the sign in form provided. Please ask a member of our staff if you are unsure of your new membership expiry date. Use of the gym will not have to be pre-booked. We would kindly ask all members using the gym to arrive in their appropriate gym clothing as changing and showering facilities for gym users will be limited. Please bring your own towel for use in the gym and all equipment/machines must be sanitised before and after use. Members wishing to use the thermal suite will now have to book an allocated time slot. Any member not on our booking system unfortunately will not be granted access to our thermal suite. Please contact the spa reception to book an allocated time. Allocations will be 60 minutes use of the thermal suite, including hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and heated lounger. Members that have booked a time slot to use the thermal suite will have access to our changing facilities and be provided with a robe, towel and slippers.
The gym and thermal area will be open:
Monday – Friday 9am – 9pm,
Saturday- Sunday 9am – 7pm
Customer Commitment
We ask that any customers experiencing flu-like symptoms or sickness to please postpone their visit to a later date. We would also ask that any customers that may have visited countries affected by Covid-19 or have been in contact with a confirmed case, please postpone their visit.
The Management of Corick House Hotel & Spa understand the importance of our Duty of Care both towards our guests and our loyal employees.
