Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings:
Cancellations are free if made outside of 72 hours prior to 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
Bookings canceled within 72 hours of arrival or non-arrivals will incur a charge for the first night’s accommodation of the entire booking.
Group Bookings (More than 4 Rooms):
Group bookings must provide at least 3 weeks’ cancellation notice to avoid charges.

Housekeeping & Lost Property
At Corick House Hotel & Spa, our dedicated Housekeeping team ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Room Cleaning: All guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned before arrival. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, please request it from our team, who will be more than happy to assist.
Lost Property:
- Lost property is held for a maximum of 28 days, after which it will be disposed of.
- Corick House Hotel & Spa cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- Small garments, perishable items, or liquids are not stored and will be disposed of by the manager on duty.
- Items left in or near a waste bin are considered discarded and will be disposed of accordingly.

Check In / Out
Our friendly and professional Reception Team is always available to assist with any queries you may have during your stay.
Payment Options:

- Payment can be made via credit/debit card or cash at the reception.
- Guests may also choose to pre-pay by telephone prior to arrival.
- An email receipt for your stay can be provided upon request.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: From 3:00 pm
- Check-Out: By 11:00 am on the morning of departure.
For added flexibility:
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are available for an additional £15.00 per hour (subject to availability).

Breakfast
Start your day with our delicious breakfast options served in the Carleton Restaurant:
Full Irish Breakfast & Continental Breakfast:

- Continental Breakfast is available before 7:00 am upon request.
- If you would like to avail of an early breakfast, please inform a member of the Reception Team upon arrival.

Thermal Area
Please note that the Thermal Areas in the Spa must be pre-booked in advance of your stay. There is an additional charge of £10 per person for an hour’s use. Guests booking full-priced spa treatments will receive 60 minutes of complimentary access to the Thermal Suite.
Kindly be aware that all areas of the Spa are strictly 16+. We look forward to making your spa experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Gym
Important Updates for Members
We kindly ask all members to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Sign-In Process: Upon arrival at reception, all members must sign in using the form provided. If you are unsure of your membership expiry date, please ask a member of our staff for assistance.
- Gym Access: Pre-booking is no longer required for gym use. We ask all members to arrive in appropriate gym clothing, as changing and showering facilities for gym users will be limited. Please bring your own towel and ensure all equipment/machines are sanitised before and after use.
- Thermal Suite Access: Members wishing to use the thermal suite must book an allocated time slot in advance. Unfortunately, access cannot be granted to members who are not on our booking system. To reserve your time, please contact the spa reception.
- Allocated slots include 60 minutes of access to the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, and heated loungers.
- Members with a thermal suite booking will have access to changing facilities and will be provided with a robe, towel, and slippers.
